- LifeSketch: YES! Jesus was married! Isaiah 53:10 prophecies that Christ would live long enough to see his own seed. Mark 9:36 is probable his own male child. He was sinless, thus had to observe the commandment to multiple and replenish the earth. The Jewish requirement for Rabbi was age 30 and married. There are strong clues his wife was Mary Magdalene. There is NO evidence WHO his children are. But deleting potential prospects for research is childish. 32. There were three who always walked with the Lord: Mary, His mother; His sister; and Mary Magdalene, who was called His companion. So, there were three Maries: His mother, His sister, and His companion. http://gnosis.org/naghamm/gop.html Malachi 2:14 Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the Lord hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant. (companion is synonymous with wife) Also from Phillip: " And the companion of the [...] Mary Magdalene. [...] loved her more than all the disciples, and used to kiss her often on her mouth. The rest of the disciples [...]. They said to him "Why do you love her more than all of us?" The Savior answered and said to them,"Why do I not love you like her?" The residence entries prove Jesus lived in a home in Capernaum. He may have been married there, or maybe Magdala, a town about 5 miles distance round the northwest coast of the Sea of Galilee from Capernaum, where his spouse may have been from. 1 Cor 11:11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. One needs a spouse to be "in the Lord". 1 Cor 9:5 5 Have we not power to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as other apostles, and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas? The above mentions his Apostles and brothers having wives. Do you think he was the lone single guy? 20AD is generously late for a marriage. In Jewish tradition, he'd probably already being shamed for waiting so long. Mary’s going to the tomb would have been a wifely responsibility. And her reaction to the Savior’s appearance, calling out “Master” is telling. In that day, Master was a term used by wives for their husbands. Jews would be surprised if Jesus were not married. Isaiah 53:10 ¶ Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his SEED, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. https://books.google.com/books?id=Tlvgp7WggvEC&q=Ehrman+%22to+you+as+apostles%22&pg=PA253#v=snippet&q=Ehrman%20%22to%20you%20as%20apostles%22&f=false

Killed in battle by the Gauls https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sicambri The Sicambri, also known as the Sugambri or Sicambrians, were a Celtic people or Germanic people who during Roman times lived on the east bank of the Rhine river, in what is now Germany, near the border with the Netherlands. They were first reported by Julius Caesar, who described them as Germanic (Germani), though he did not necessarily define this in terms of language. Whether or not the Sicambri spoke a Germanic or Celtic language, or something else, is not certain, because they lived in the so-called Nordwestblock zone where these two language families came into contact and were both influential. By the 3rd century the region, in which they and their neighbours had lived, had become part of the territory of the Franks, which was a new name that possibly represented a new alliance of older tribes, possibly including the Sicambri. Many Sicambri had however been moved into the Roman empire by this time. He was a member of the Rorgonide family, son of Gauzlin I, lord of Maine and Adeltrude. He is recorded for the first time in 839 in a charter of his brother Count Rorgon I of Maine. Rorgon died shortly afterwards, leaving very young children, and Gauzbert took over the government, organising the defense the County of Maine against the Vikings. He also fought against Lambert II, Count of Nantes. In 852 he killed Lambert in an ambush. In 853, Gauzbert's overlord Charles the Bald accused him of making an alliance with the Bretons, who were in revolt against him, and, according to some reports, had him executed. The execution is said to have incited other Frankish grandees to revolt and appeal for help to Charles' half-brother and rival Louis the German. However, according to the Chronique de Saint-Maixent, Gauzbert was ambushed and killed by citizens of Nantes in revenge for the death of Lambert. It is not known whether he was married or had children. He was succeeded by his nephew Rorgon II of Maine. Wkipedia From Find A Grave

- LifeSketch: Hugh II (920-before 992), Count of Maine, son of Hugh I, Count of Maine, and an unknown mother, probably a daughter of Gauzlin II, Count of Maine. He was, like his father, a vassal of his uncle Hugh the Great. After the death of Hugh the Great, Hugh II allied himself Fulk II the Good, Count of Anjou, and Theobald the Trickster, Count of Blois. Hugh later joined Theobald's son Odo against Seinfroy, Bishop of Le Mans (see also Avesgaud de Bellême). Hugh and Odo had to flee and seek refuge with Bouchard I, Count of Vendôme, in the areas that form the Bas-Vendômois. Hugh's wife is not known. He had at least five children: 1.) Hugh III, Count of Maine 2.) Fulk of Maine, (d. after 992) 3.) Herbert "Baco" of Maine (d. after 1046), regent of Hugh IV, Count of Maine Several daughters, among whom maybe Mélisende of Maine, married to Judicaël, Count of Nantes, son of Hoël I, Duke of Brittany. Hugh was succeeded as Count of Maine by his son Hugh III.

The elder, Cornelia, married her second cousin Publius Cornelius Scipio Nasica Corculum (son of the consul of 191 BC who was himself son of Scipio's elder paternal uncle Gnaeus Cornelius Scipio Calvus). This son-in-law was a distinguished Roman in his own right. He became consul (abdicating or resigning in 162 BC for religious reasons, then being re-elected in 155 BC), censor in 159 BC, Princeps Senatus, and died as Pontifex Maximus in 141 BC. Scipio Nasica rose to many of the dignities enjoyed by his late father-in-law, and was noted for his staunch (if ultimately futile) opposition to Cato the Censor over the fate of Carthage from about 157 to 149 BC. They had at least one surviving son,

- Father: Gaius Octavius of ROME
- Mother: Scribonia AUGUSTUS LIBO
- Birth: 38 BC, Roma, Roman Republic
- Also known as: Julia "the Elder"
- Octavian's friends Gaius Maecenas and Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa concluded an: agreement with Octavian's great rival Mark Antony. It was sealed with an engagement: Antony's ten-year-old son Marcus Antonius Antyllus was to marry Julia, then two years old.
- Civil war broke out at the Battle of Actium and Octavian and Agrippa defeated Antony and: Cleopatra. They both committed suicide in Alexandria, and Octavian became sole ruler of the Roman Empire. Julia's marriage to Marcus Antonius Antyllus thus never took place.
- Julia married her first cousin Marcus Claudius Marcellus, the son of her father's sister: Octavia, who was some three years older than her. Augustus himself was not present for the wedding as he was fighting a war in Spain and had fallen ill. Instead, he commissioned Agrippa to preside over the ceremony and hold the festival in his absence.
- House: Julio-Claudian Dynasty: (Date and Place unknown)
- LifeSketch: Julia Caesaris filia or Julia Augusti filia was the daughter of Augustus Caesar, the first Roman Emperor, and his second wife, Scribonia. Julia also was stepsister and second wife of the Emperor Tiberius; maternal grandmother of the Emperor Caligula and the Empress Agrippina the Younger; grandmother-in-law of the Emperor Claudius; and maternal great-grandmother of the Emperor Nero. At the time of Julia's birth, Augustus had not yet received the title "Augustus" and was known as "Gaius Julius Caesar Divi Filius," though historians refer to him as "Octavian" until 27 BC, when Julia was 11. Octavian divorced Julia's mother the day of her birth and took Julia from her soon thereafter. Octavian, in accordance with Roman custom, claimed complete parental control over her. She was sent to live with her stepmother Livia when she was old enough and learn how to be an aristocrat. Her education appears to have been strict and somewhat old-fashioned. Thus, in addition to her studies, Suetonius informs us, she was taught spinning and weaving. Macrobius mentions "her love of literature and considerable culture, a thing easy to come by in that household." Julia's social life was severely controlled, and she was allowed to talk only to people whom her father had vetted. However, Octavian had a great affection for his daughter and made sure she had the best teachers available. Macrobius preserves a remark of Augustus: "There are two wayward daughters that I have to put up with: the Roman commonwealth and Julia." -- Wikiwand: Julia the Elder

- Father: Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa of Arpino
- Mother: Julia Caesaris MAJOR
- Birth: 14 BC, Athens, Attikí, Greece
- LifeSketch: Agrippina the Elder Born c. 14 BC Athens, Greece Died AD 33 (aged 46) Pandataria Burial AD 33 Pandataria relocated in March AD 37 to the Mausoleum of Augustus Spouse Germanicus Caesar Issue Nero Caesar Drusus Caesar Gaius Caesar (Caligula) Julia Agrippina Julia Livilla Julia Drusilla Dynasty Julio-Claudian Father Marcus Agrippa Mother Julia the Elder Vipsania Agrippina (also, in Latin, Agrippina Germanici,[1] "Germanicus' Agrippina"; c. 14 BC – AD 33), commonly referred to as Agrippina the Elder, was a prominent member of the Julio-Claudian dynasty. She was born in c. 14 BC the daughter of Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa, a close supporter of Rome's first emperor Augustus, and Augustus' daughter Julia the Elder. At the time of her birth, her brothers Lucius and Gaius were the adoptive sons of Augustus and were his heirs until their deaths in AD 2 and 4, respectively. Following their deaths, her cousin Germanicus was made the adoptive son of Tiberius as part of Augustus' succession scheme in the adoptions of AD 4 in which Tiberius was adopted by Augustus. As a corollary to the adoption, Agrippina was wed to Germanicus in order to bring him closer to the Julian family. She is known to have traveled with him throughout his career, taking her children everywhere they went. In AD 14, Germanicus was deployed in Gaul as governor and general. While there, the late Augustus sent her son Gaius to her unspecified location.[clarification needed] She liked to dress him in a little soldiers' outfit complete with boots for which Gaius earned the nickname "Caligula" ("little soldier's boots"). After three years in Gaul they returned to Rome and her husband was awarded a triumph on 26 May AD 17 to commemorate his victories. The following year, Germanicus was sent to govern over the eastern provinces. While Germanicus was active in his administration, the governor of Syria Gnaeus Calpurnius Piso began feuding with him. During the feud, her husband died of illness on 10 October AD 19. Germanicus was cremated in Antioch and she transported his ashes to Rome where they were interred at the Mausoleum of Augustus. Agrippina was vocal in claiming her husband was murdered to promote Tiberius' son Drusus Julius Caesar ("Drusus the Younger") as heir. Following the model of her stepgrandmother Livia, she spent the time following Germanicus' death supporting the cause of her sons Nero and Drusus Caesar. This put her and her sons at odds with the powerful Praetorian prefect Lucius Aelius Sejanus who would begin eliminating their supporters with accusations of treason and sexual misconduct in AD 26. Her family's rivalry with Sejanus would culminate with her and Nero's exile in AD 29. Nero was exiled to Pontia and she was exiled to the island of Pandateria, where she would remain until her death by starvation in AD 33.
